Behavioral Health Partner — Zen Inspired Counseling

Wanda Williams, LCSW, CCM, BCBC

Zen Inspired Counseling is Health 360 Wellness Clinic's behavioral health partner. The partnership integrates mental and emotional health support into the patient program so that the behavioral side of change - habits, stress, sleep, relationships with food, recovery - is coordinated with the clinical, nutritional, and movement sides.

Wanda Williams, LCSW, CCM, BCBC, founded Zen Inspired Counseling and Wellness Center in 2019 and has been practicing clinical social work since 2008. She holds a graduate degree from Eastern Michigan University and is licensed in Tennessee, Mississippi, Kansas, and Florida. Her clinical specialties include binge eating disorder, emotional eating, trauma, bariatric counseling, and the intersection of depression and anxiety with disordered eating. Her patients often arrive carrying combinations of these issues at once: someone navigating life after bariatric surgery who is also managing emotional eating and anxiety, or a patient working through trauma tied to a long history with food. Wanda's approach is to address the whole person, because treating one piece without the others rarely holds.

"We believe healing happens when you feel truly seen and not judged. We blend trauma-informed care, CBT, habit change, and mindfulness to help patients understand what is really driving their relationship with food, their body, and their emotions - and then build skills that actually stick."

Her message to Health 360 Wellness Clinic patients is direct: if you have tried every program, every plan, every fresh start, and still find yourself stuck, that is not a character flaw. The work goes beyond the surface to understand what is really driving the cycle, because lasting change has nothing to do with willpower and everything to do with what is happening underneath.

Patients enter Zen Inspired's care through the Health 360 Wellness Clinic team, and Wanda participates in care coordination so the full program moves together. Behavioral health is not a bolt-on at Health 360 Wellness Clinic. It is built in from day one, because most patients who achieve lasting results have made behavioral work a real part of their program.

Wanda co-hosts The Zen Life podcast with her husband Chyco. The podcast airs on Bumping 96.3 Memphis every Saturday at 9 AM and is available on all major podcast platforms.
