Registered Dietitian

Jackie Hodges, RD

Jackie Hodges, RD, is the Registered Dietitian at Health 360 Wellness Clinic. She reviews every patient's body composition data, indirect calorimetry (resting metabolic testing), lab panels, and medical history before building a nutrition plan, because a plan that ignores the numbers is not actually a plan. Her patients get clinical nutrition that is also livable, specific, and reviewed against measurable outcomes.

Jackie earned her bachelor's degree, master's degree, and dietetic internship at Mississippi State University, and became a Registered Dietitian in 2010. She has more than 15 years of clinical practice spanning community nutrition (including the WIC program), hospital and nursing home settings, and behavioral health. Her specialty areas include intuitive eating, emotional eating, medical nutrition therapy for heart disease and diabetes, healthy aging, and weight management.

Jackie's nutrition philosophy is built around the individual, not the diagnosis. She avoids rigid meal plans unless medically required, because food is personal and life is not static. Instead, she works with each patient to build sustainable habits that hold up when the schedule changes, the season changes, and real life gets in the way. Her patients learn to track the numbers that actually matter: lab values, energy levels, body composition, and the daily choices that compound over time.

Jackie's work is coordinated with Dr. Kalra's program notes, Chad's movement plans, and the behavioral health support from Zen Inspired Counseling. That is what clinical nutrition inside a Medical Fitness program looks like: one plan, one team, one patient.

Jackie has been married for 14 years and has two kids. She loves to cook, spend time outdoors camping and hiking, and stay active in her Memphis community.
